Description
An antique German bisque head character doll by Gebruder Heubach with the head marked 5 8774 Germany Heubach. He has a solid dome flange neck bisque head with intaglio painted eyes and a cloth body jointed at the shoulders and hips with composition hands. He is wearing a white striped cotton one-piece outfit with socks and antique leather shoes. It measures approximately 15" H x 9.5" Cir. Good condition with no damage, cracks, or repairs to the bisque head, and nice blush coloring on the face. Bisque hands are in good condition and the cloth body is in good condition, but there is a square indentation in the front of the body, and it is empty. He does not whistle.
