Description
Made by German maker Franz Schmidt, this antique German bisque head doll is marked S & C Germany 13 1/4. She has a full brown wig with curls, brown sleepy eyes with all eyelid paint intact, and an open mouth with top teeth and a dimpled chin. Her bisque face is beautiful with rosy blush coloring, and she is on an antique composition jointed body. She is wearing layers of antique white undergarments with a white cotton apron dress over, along with a crochet bonnet, socks, and antique shoes. It measures approximately 27" H x 16" Cir. Very good condition with no damage, cracks, or repairs to the bisque head, no rubs on the face, sleepy eyes that work well, and a composition body in very good condition with good stringing.
