Description
A 10" felt Lenci girl doll with pressed and painted facial features, brown side-glancing eyes, a closed mouth, and a blonde shoulder-length mohair wig. She is jointed at the shoulders and hips and is a Lenci model 70/17 from the 1933 catalog, possibly the girl version of the boy youth model 70/17. She is wearing the original costume of the Italian Fascist Youth group, including a beige coat with Italian insignia on the front, a navy skirt, navy shoes, and a navy hat. It measures approximately 10" H. Very good condition with minor moth holes, good face paint, and joints that are good.
