Description
A beautiful antique French portrait Jumeau doll with a bisque swivel head on shoulder plate and pale blue glass inset eyes. She has a newer blonde French human hair wig with no pate, accented nostrils, a closed mouth, and pierced ears. She is on an antique leather body with individually stitched fingers and toes and is wearing antique handmade clothing, including white undergarments, a white cotton blouse with a long black skirt, and a black velvet coat with beads and fringe on the front and back with button closures, along with socks and black leather shoes. It measures approximately 21" H. There is one small hairline under the left eye by the bottom lashes, but no other damage, cracks, or repairs to the head or shoulder plate. The leather body is in very good condition, the jacket is missing one button, and there is some wear and areas of damage on the skirt. Pierced ears have no damage, but one earring is missing.
