Foremost Ice Cream single-sided porcelain advertising sign reading "Eat Foremost Ice Cream It’s Healthful" with "Milk–Cream–Buttermilk" beneath the main message. It retains a nice gloss and has all of its grommets present. The field is clean with minimal scratching, and the perimeter is also clean with only minor chipping and light nicks ot the edges. It measures approximately 10" L x 7" H.
