Description
Single-sided porcelain "Alcatraz Island United States Penitentiary" warning sign stating that only government boats are allowed and no one is allowed ashore without a pass. The sign retains some gloss and has two mounting holes without grommets. The mounting holes show chipping and rust. The field exhibits minor wear and scratches, along with a large chip and rust in the upper left quadrant. The perimeter shows wear, chipping, and rusting along the edges. Measures approximately 10.75" W x 12.5" H.
