Description
An embossed single-sided tin over cardboard advertising sign for Carling’s Ale featuring the Lawson Wood illustration "Nine Pints of the Law." Produced by the Brewing Corporation of America of Cleveland, Ohio, the artwork depicts a group of British policemen enjoying mugs of Carling’s Ale. The surface shows scratching, edge wear, and minor paint chipping, and the cardboard reverse has a large hole present. It measures approximately 19" L x 12" H.
