Description
This is a tin lithographed windup No. 425 Storrischer Esel “The Balky Mule” clown and donkey cart manufactured by the Ernst Lehmann Co. of Brandenburg, Germany. When wound with its dedicated key, the clown’s body moves up and down, and the cart rocks back and forth in a balky action. We tested it, and it worked for us. It measures approximately 7.25" L.
