Description
French tinplate inertia wheel "Gyroscopic" drive flywheel toy depicting a woman pulling a cart, possibly by Richard Frères and marked "Depose R F" on the ends of the cart. It has also been attributed to CR or by Charles Rossignol of France. The flywheel turns, but it no longer engages the wheels. It measures approximately 5" L.
