Folk Art style Dayton Toys boy and dog pull toy. Add a rope and pull the toy to activate the friction mechanism, causing the dog to lunge up and down toward the running boy. This lesser-seen toy dates to circa 1910. The friction drive and action work properly. It measures approximately 10.5" L.
