Patented D.R.P. German windup coupe with box. Spectacular and compact toy with a two-tone cast body and tin chassis with a combination of different cam arrangements. Gesha utilized a similar patent post-war, and this is rarely seen export toy pre-war. B. Hackman & Co New York sold these in 1932, per August "Playthings" magazine. License plate marked GS-0055. Cam works properly with an adjustable arm; windup works with a wheel brake. Condition is the finest we have seen, with windup, colorful box label, and instructions.
