Fun and fanciful fish toy by Marx, featuring a hinged design that allows it to wobble with eccentric wheels. The windup is not working. The lithography is vibrant, with accurate red eyes and mouth. This is a difficult toy to find! The toy measures approximately 8 1/2" L.
