Large Unique Art Manufacturing Company circus toy with a central elephant that balances a flying clown and plane. Toy spins under tin plane windup air power, then elevates. Plane gains speed and the clown flies in circles. One of the nicest tin toy actions from postwar America, and the circus theme sparkles in person.
