Stylized Phantom III Rolls Royce tin windup circa 1936. "Made in England" Wells-Brimtoy Ltd with striking blue and white coloration. Windup Sedanca de Ville needs to be adjusted due to a loose spring. Clean toy with a very short pre-war run. 9.2 inches long.
