Tin car driven by a horn blower with bellows- Tut-Tut. Toy windup works and steering oscillates. The E. P. Lehmann number is 490. Bellows operate but are old and not holding air. Both lanterns are present on a well used toy circa 1920. 6.8 inches tall by 6.8 inches long.
Condition: GOOD
