Lot 176:
German horizontal bar gymnast toy by Hans Eberl. The tin toy uses its arms to wind up. Toy somersaults on the bars and then returns, using its inner spring mechanism. The base was replaced and the toy was restored. A very rare German toy documented in the ‘Lexicon of German tin toy industry’ page 118. The base is 5 x 5 inches and the bars are 9.5 inches tall.
