This is a tin, hand-painted flip-over boy and girl on a teeter-totter toy manufactured by Gibbs Mfg. Co. of Canton, Ohio. This teeter-totter toy works by moving one of the children down and letting go. As you watch the teetering action come to its end you simply flip the toy over and they start their fun all over again. The boy is missing an arm. This toy is approximately 14 ¼” H with the boy and girl being 4 ½” H each.
