Peter’s Weatherbird Shoes cast iron still bank and hood ornament, approximately 5 1/2" H. Featured in Susan and Andy Moore’s The Penny Bank Book: Collecting Still Banks. Some sources attribute this piece to Arcade Mfg. Co. Freeport, Illinois, circa 1920., we couldn’t confirm its maker with certainty but we believe this to be true as well.
