Black Americana pull toy featuring a cloth mammy pushing a porcelain Black baby in a wooden baby carriage. When pulled, the mammy’s legs move with the carriage. The wooden carriage has a patent mark on the bottom, though it is unreadable. The face resembles those on Bruckner Topsy Turvy dolls, but none of these dolls are marked, including the porcelain baby. The porcelain baby could use restringing, and the mammy could use restuffing in her arm. This toy is approximately 13" L x 9 1/2" H.
