Sensational Penny toy by J Meier displaying articulation and a textured base. Wheels and axle system was primitive and added parts; it was quickly eliminated by Meier making this a rare treat. Base embossed with the Dog and Cart J. Meier logo. 3.2 long by 3.2 inches tall.
