Wooden jointed doll by Schoenhut, capturing the character ‘Maggie’, the wife of ‘Jiggs’ in cartoon strips. The character was an Irish immigrant that won the lottery with husband, and are now nouveau-riche; longing to revert to former working class life. TOy has a splintered hand, but otherwise in very good condition with proper outfit. | approx. 9" tall
