This is a Unique Art ca. 1940s tin lithographed windup “Li’l Abner and His Dogpatch Band” toy featuring Abner and the Dogpatch family gathered around a piano. It includes a working stop/start slider on the side, and all parts and connections are secure and functional. Abner and Grandma both have clean faces.
