Dan the Man boxed very early Mattel Incorporated toy. Tin, plastic, and fabric toy in a larger twirling boxed toy. Very clean box with bright artwork. Toy works for spinning. We did not know how to get the music going; it did not work for us. Otherwise, toy appears near new old stock.
