Description
Early and extra clean boxed Fernand Martin squirrel cage windup with house circa 1908. Le Petit Ecureuil Vivant, patented 1906. The toy door opens, and the windup works properly. When wound, the squirrel exercise wheel turns, and the animal’s legs bound like in real life. The box and toy are in very good original condition. The fur is very good to excellent, and the colors are bright. The cage end is properly stamped with both the French Triangle and F.M. circle markings. One of the finest examples seen! Measures approximately 8.5 inches wide by 5 inches tall.
