Fantastic Victor Bonnet or VeBe Clown with Bells on Pedestal. Our toy has very little wear and utilizes a piano-like keyboard for over five different actions. The legs, each arm, and head can move and ring the bell via base levers. The toy has original clothing, fabric, designed paper, and a plethora of hand-painted hues. A true antique toy collector’s find!
