LineMar Marx Tin Litho battery-operated Bubble Blowing Popeye the Sailor Man turns on, but the only thing that works is the light. The tin litho has wear and scratches, and the pins that hold on Popeye’s head are missing. The battery compartment is nice and clean. It measures approximately 12" H.
