David Woodward Estate Tin Toy Collection
We just loved this toy around the office, affectionately called "Scuba Steve." This working tin litho windup Chein Scuba Diver flips his flippers when wound up. He does have a crack along one of his flippers, but we believe he can still flip and flap his way through the water. He measures an impressive 12" L.
