Rare Bandai Chevrolet Testudo Concept Car battery-operated toy. This concept car was built on the Chevy Corvair platform by Bertone. The toy is in working condition; the lights light up and it runs. The windshield has cracks, and the battery compartment door is missing, but the compartment is clean. It measures approximately 12" L.
