Windup Marx Japan, Linemar, African drummer toy. This is quite a challenging toy to find and comes with proper fringes and near new lithography. Box is shelf worn with chipping. Toy works well and rocks and drums. The drum must be low, and the rubber-tipped hands touch the drum making sound, then the native raises at the waist, then the toy rocks, sound stops as he stands, then the action repeats. Rare toy, fun!
