This is a set of 2 toys: a man on a tricycle and Bears Playing Ball Japanese tin litho windups made by TPS. The Bears Playing Ball has cute back-and-forth ball-tossing action; it has been tested and works and measures 19" L. The man on the tricycle rolls forward while the bell rings and measures 5" L.
