Description
This is a 1930s CK Kuramochi Japanese Black Americana celluloid windup crying baby figure, "Poor Pete" with a dog biting his backside. The baby has been tested and works, with no cracks or chips, though he is missing his pants, likely due to the dog. The dog has a crack and chips on its back, along with a stress crack around the mouth from the metal apparatus that attaches it to the figure. The toy measures approximately 5.5" H and 6" L.
