Description
Kenton horse-drawn "Happy Hooligan" Police Patrol wagon. The toy comes with proper driver and figures. Paintwork is aged with chipping. Bell still present. Wire must be replaced to move the police baton in a hitting action (onto Happy’s head!). Both lanterns are present along with a nice set of running horses. It measures approximately 18" L.
