Incredibly rare and historic "Man-Made" Satellite battery-operated toy by Hoku of Japan. This space race toy features the Russian Sputnik satellite orbiting above Washington, D.C., likely never sold in the U.S. Sputnik rotates around the Earth, and the moon also rotates, with a blinking red light by the rocket launch. All functions work properly with an on/off switch, and a Morse code lever allows kids to beep out code. The battery compartment is clean. It measures approximately 9" L.
