This rare ca. 1932 No. 256 tin wind-up Chein Popeye Heavy Hitter swings a mallet up and down when wound, striking a lever to try to hit the bell on top with the small weight. The toy has been tested and works. It measures approximately 6.5" L x 4" W x 11.5" H.
