Description
Elusive and extremely rare is this Montgomery Ward Tractor and Plow Set from 1937. Probably made for one season only, this combination of a Marx Midget Tractor and a bright red cast iron plow, Made by Arcade Cast Iron Toys of Freeport, Illinois; has only come to auction one other time. This is the 2nd set known to exist. Near mint, with normal box wear. Amazing find, truly unknown until now that should be on the radar for iron farm toy collectors. It measures approximately 7" L (tractor) and 8" L (plow).
