This interesting example of the early Marx Tractor uses a unique driver originally used on a Ferdinand Strauss Speed Boat. This period production example is 100% correct. It features the rare "suction cup" treads that were quickly discontinued for the standard treads that most collectors are familiar with. The treads have hardened after 96 years of sitting on a shelf. This 96-year-old New Old Stock tractor measures approximately 7.5" L. Provenance: This item was displayed at The National Museum of Toys & Miniatures in Kansas City, MO.
