Dan the Dipsy Driver is NOS. Interestingly, this toy is often overlooked, but the lithography on this eccentric car is very interesting. This car has the names of the factory workers on it, similar to the "College Boys Cars" listed in this auction. The nodding head of Dan and the eccentric actions of this car are wonderful. The toy works as it did in the 1950s. Box shows wear, very respectable example, 1 flap detached but present. It measures approximately 5.5" L. Provenance: This item was displayed at The National Museum of Toys & Miniatures in Kansas City Mo.
