The "Mean Man" Bluto drives this Dippy Dumper. Bluto has tape on right hand, otherwise in fine shape. The Dippy Dumper is bright and shiny and is a clean 9 on a 10 scale. The box is missing half of an end flap and has been preserved for future preservation. It measures approximately 9.5" L × 6.5" H. Provenance: This item was displayed at The National Museum of Toys & Miniatures in Kansas City Mo.
