Description
An Effanbee American Children Dewees Cochran doll from the 1930s, all composition and standing 20" tall. She has a blonde human hair wig and painted brown eyes and is wearing a pretty floral dress with a matching one-piece undergarment, along with socks, black shoes, and a straw bonnet. Marked Effanbee on the back of the head and body. It measures approximately 20" H. Very good condition with composition in good condition with minor wear and very nice face paint, with possible repaint to the eyes. Stringing is good.
