Description
A beautiful antique French smiling Bru doll with a pale bisque face and rosy blush coloring on cheeks. She has a blonde human hair wig with original cork pate and a bisque swivel head on shoulder plate, marked with the letter D on the back of her head. She has stunning glass inset light blue eyes with black eyeliner, upper and lower painted lashes, thin feathered brows, and a closed mouth with sides upturned as if she is smiling. Pierced ears with hanging earrings. She is on a leather body with individually stitched fingers and toes and is wearing a white cotton antique slip, a green and white cotton dress, crochet socks, and black leather shoes. It measures approximately 14" H. Bisque head and shoulder plate are in very good condition with no damage, cracks, or repairs, and the pierced ears have no chips. The body is in good condition, but the right hand has damage to all fingers, and the left hand has damage to the tip of one finger. Feet were checked and are in good condition with no damage.
