Description
A pair of antique Simon and Halbig German bisque head dolls on composition jointed bodies. The girl doll is marked 1079 DEP S & H Germany and has a long braided blonde human hair wig, brown sleepy eyes with upper and lower painted lashes and one-stroke brows, and an open mouth with top teeth. The boy doll is marked S & H Germany, with the full marking hard to read, and has a short curly blonde wig, blue set eyes with upper and lower painted lashes and one-stroke brows, and an open mouth with top teeth. The girl has a composition body with straight arms and legs with painted brown shoes, and the boy has a composition jointed body with bending knees and elbows. Both dolls are wearing nice costumes. It measures approximately 8.5" H.
