Description
Made by Simon and Halbig, this beautiful antique German bisque head lady doll is marked 1159. She has a short brown human hair wig, sleepy brown eyes with lower painted lashes and feathered brows, an open mouth with four top teeth, a small dimple in her chin, and pierced ears. She is on a thin-waisted lady body marked Heinrich Handwerck, and is wearing a white dress and underskirt that fits her body very well, along with socks and shoes. It measures approximately 20" H x 9" Cir. The head is in very good condition with no damage, cracks, or repairs, and the sleepy eyes work well. Heinrich Handwerck jointed composition lady body is in good condition with one small area of damage on the left hip area. Stringing is good, and she is dressed nicely.
