The sign warns of a petroleum pipeline and instructs to call Southern Pacific Pipe Lines Inc. before excavating or in an emergency, listing the Los Angeles phone number (213) 624-9461. It shows slight bending and scratching consistent with age and use. It measures approximately 6" W x 16" H.
