Single-sided porcelain sign featuring the official seal of Tulare County, California, representing the local government and depicting an agricultural scene of farming in the San Joaquin Valley. The sign retains good color and gloss and has four mounting holes. The field is mostly clean, with what appears to be paint transfer on and above the "ORN" in "California." The perimeter shows chipping and rust discoloration along the edges. It measures approximately 10.5" D.
