Deluxe version of the Holgate pull car with Felix. The beautiful front grille and headlights are plated steel stampings. Felix’s bell oscillates when the front tires roll, and his head bobs up and down when in motion. The fragile fire hat is partially present, and the red gel headlight lenses remain intact. It measures approximately 14" L.
