Chinese Mauser 98 Type 24 (Chiang Kai-Shek) rifle chambered in 8mm, circa 1930s. Licensed copy of the Mauser 98. The action functions properly. The stock has small cracks present. The metal shows pitting and some red rust. The receiver is marked 1301 with 301 on the cover. Chinese characters are present on the butt. The bolt is marked E8742 on the handle with 3742 on the body.
