Description
An early Imperial German mounted lancers flask dated 1894-1897 and named to the 13th Regiment. This hand-painted porcelain example features bright, detailed decoration in fantastic condition. The reverse displays a brass horse with "13" and an imperial emblem on a blue field. The flask is topped with an eagle bearing a crown. The glass insert is intact with no cracks or breaks. The original rope cord shows wear. It measures approximately 9" H.
