Description
A fantastic 1909-1911 pre-WWI Imperial German military named flask for the 30th Regiment. One side depicts detailed scenes of a soldier departing for service along with additional military imagery, centered around a portrait of the actual officer. The reverse features a flip-up window revealing an original photograph of his sweetheart. Inside the glass, a scene shows the soldier leaving his sweetheart to serve. The eagle lid is in good condition. It measures approximately 8" H.
