Description
A fantastic 1910-1912 WWI German officer’s flask named to the 61st Regiment. One side depicts detailed scenes of a soldier departing for service along with additional military imagery. The center features a hinged window revealing an actual photograph of the officer’s sweetheart. Inside the glass is a scene of the soldier leaving his sweetheart to serve. The lid is in good condition and features a soldier grappling a ram by the horns. The original rope cord is present with wear and fading. It measures approximately 8.5" H.
