Summer Sign, Advertising, & Doll Spectacular
This rare 1930s Unifrut Argentina promotional desk inkwell was manufactured by Rinaldi y Cia and is designed in the form of a vintage siphon bottle. Constructed of blue pressed glass, the piece is marked "Glucosa de Maiz – Gas Carbonico – Pezza – Tucuman" on the side. Both original glass inkpot inserts remain present, and the siphon spout and straw are intact with no breaks observed. Often referred to as an Escribania Sifon, this unusual advertising desk set is a desirable example of Argentine promotional advertising. It measures approximately 7" L x 7" W x 7.5" H.
